Ahaar — food, as you eat it

The short version: payments are not refunded. Every new user gets 15 days of the full app free, with no card asked for, so you can decide before paying anything. Money taken by mistake is always returned.

Payments on getahaar.com (Razorpay)

Ahaar Plus bought on the website is a one-time payment for the period you choose: one month, three months or one year. It starts working the moment the payment goes through.

No refunds. Once a plan is active, the payment is not refunded, in whole or in part, including if you stop using the app before the period ends.

Nothing renews. A web payment never charges you again on its own. When the period ends, Ahaar asks before anything more is paid, so there is nothing to cancel.

When money is always returned

These are not refunds of a purchase; they are corrections, and they are always made:

Charged twice for the same plan at the same time.
Money taken but Ahaar did not unlock, and the unlock could not be restored using “Paid but not unlocked?” in the app.
A failed payment where your bank shows the money left your account. Razorpay and your bank usually return these automatically within 5–7 working days.

Write to ahaardiet.app@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). Once confirmed, the amount is returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Subscriptions bought in the Android app (Google Play)

These are billed by Google and follow Google Play’s own refund policy, which Ahaar cannot change. You can cancel at any time in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions; the subscription keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and is not charged again.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.
