What Ahaar is
Ahaar plans everyday meals, keeps a record of what you eat, and gives general nutrition and lifestyle information. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace advice from a doctor or dietitian.
Who can use it
Ahaar is for adults aged 18 and over. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medicine for diabetes, have kidney or serious liver disease, have had weight-loss surgery, or have or have had an eating disorder, Ahaar will not build an automatic plan for you; please plan your food with your doctor.
Your responsibility
Check any plan against allergies, medicines and anything your doctor has told you. Stop and seek medical help if something feels wrong. Nutrition figures are estimates from food composition tables and can differ from what is on your plate.
Ahaar Plus and payments
Some features need Ahaar Plus. On the website it is a one-time payment for the period you choose, through Razorpay, and does not renew automatically. In the Android app it is a Google Play subscription. See Refunds and cancellation.
An unlock code is for your own use and your household. Sharing codes publicly or selling them is not allowed.
Your data
What you enter stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
Limits
Ahaar is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Ahaar and its publisher are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including decisions made from its plans or information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top will change. Continuing to use Ahaar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Guwahati, Assam having jurisdiction.
